What is our warranty?

  1. Prescription guarantee So you can be confident that you will get good quality lenses. and can be used as needed if your eyes are uncomfortable or unable to adjust to the lens within 30 days, the Galaxy shop is happy to take care of it until it is comfortable for the eyes. ​​

    • The warranty does not cover the case of bringing the eye value from another place for the shop to assemble the glasses.Whether it's the eyesight from the hospital or another eyeglass shop

    • The warranty does not cover the case of using the lenses from the original frame but replacing the new frame at the shop. In the case of using lenses from the original glasses to put on the frame at the shop The warranty only covers the frames.

  2. Warranty for eyeglass frames If the product has any manufacturing damage Or the rain shop is damaged within 12 months, we are happy to replace the product for free.

    • The warranty does not cover the case of loss, lack of care in using the product.

    • Warranty does not cover sale items and contact lenses.

    • The shop does not guarantee damage to eyeglass frames if they are brought by the customer themselves.

  3. lens quality assurance

    • ZEISS offers a 2-year warranty on lens coatings for DuraVision Platinum and DuraVision BlueProtect for LotuTec coats.​ 1 year warranty in case of wrinkled or peeling code

    • Hoya and Essilor offer a 1-year warranty on lens coating in case of wrinkled or peeling codes.

    • The warranty does not cover the case of loss, lack of care in using the product.

  4. Accidental Damage Guarantee : If the product is damaged from an accident such as broken, broken or distorted that it cannot be worn  We're happy to give you a 50% discount on new glasses or lenses. within 12 months from the date of purchase

    • 1 receipt can be used for the discount only 1 times during the warranty period. Products that have received a 50% discount can no longer be eligible for accident insurance.

    • Damaged products must be returned to the store.


For GALAXY customers, there is a service for changing nuts, nose pads, adjusting the shape and cleaning glasses for free throughout the lifetime.
